e singtel sms shootout is here again.. since i took part last yr.. they sent me a letter askin me to take part again diz yr n at e same time enjoy e registration fee waiver.. today's e selection trials.. singtel comcentre at 1200h.. e participants were put in grps of 5.. my number is 004.. while waitin for my turn.. i noticed tt my grp were frantically smsin.. they seem quite fast.. n den.. it's my grp's turn le.. each participants r given 2 tries n e faster of e 2 timings will b recorded.. my 1st timin was 48.53s.. den for e 2nd try.. e timers had to swap positions amongst demselves.. e 2nd timer saw my time n said.. "wah.. so fast ah.. i think u're e fastest in ur grp le.." my 2nd timin was better.. 46.61s.. den e guy said.. "cya at e finals.." haa..

last yr e guinness world records was set by ms kimberly yeo wif a time of 43.24s.. i'm like more den 3s slower.. last yr i made it to e prelim n final round wif a sub-50s timin.. but den finals i screwed up big time.. 56.15s.. so i dropped out after not bein able to make it into e top-25 positions.. i was 54th.. hope i make it to e prelims diz yr..
