went for my 1st ever bio lab today. wore lab coat for e 1st time in my life. haha. it's was quite fun. e lab assistant was very nice. she used my cheek cells to demo to e class. we're supposed to draw out e cell as seen from e microscope n identify e cell structures. sahan n i took e initiative to do some research b4 e lab. we googled for a pic of a cell wif all it's structures labelled. sahan drew sthg similar to e pic below n showed e LA.

LA: wat is this?
sahan: it's a mitochondria.

LA: are u sure u can see a mitochondria through that microscope?
sahan: er.. cannot ar?

LA: no.
sahan: okie.


luckily i was stil tryin to find a nice cheek cell n hvnt started drawin yet. haha. stupid illustration. from e pic, e mitochondria is not much smaller den e nucleus.
