let's jus fast forward.. i got into 6th position wif my best time of 49.27 secs. not e fastest in my personal record. but considerin e fact that i'm gettin old, that e champion is gettin younger every yr, that it was cold, that i didnt practice n that i'm using a new fone, i think it was pretty good. come to think of it, i realise that i get into e top 10 n win a fone every yr. not bad huh.

went for a photography outin wif NUSPS to Tang Dynasty Village somewhere near Lakeside. e moment we walked through e gates (illegally), we were warmly greeted by Emperor Tang's village mosquitoes. yang hao sprayed insect repellent like every 5mins n ended up smellin like one. haha. e place has been abandoned for almost 10yrs. e whole place was so run down n shabby. but we had fun. some of us brought old school film cameras. patrick was e champion in that category. haha. enjoy e pix in e slideshow.

i spent e 1st day of e squeaky yr by slackin at home. watched american gangster e whole aftn. quite a nice show but abit long. it's almost 3hrs long. back pain, neck cramped as i was watchin from my bed.




super bored. no where to go. e whole world has been a ghost town since last nite. e only ppl i see loiterin ard outside r banglahs. which makes it kinda scary to go out. most of dem haf higher fuel consumption compared to Lamborghini Murcielago's 4.5km/litre (a.k.a. super drunk) which makes it even more scary to go out.

went for my 1st ever bio lab today. wore lab coat for e 1st time in my life. haha. it's was quite fun. e lab assistant was very nice. she used my cheek cells to demo to e class. we're supposed to draw out e cell as seen from e microscope n identify e cell structures. sahan n i took e initiative to do some research b4 e lab. we googled for a pic of a cell wif all it's structures labelled. sahan drew sthg similar to e pic below n showed e LA.

LA: wat is this?
sahan: it's a mitochondria.

LA: are u sure u can see a mitochondria through that microscope?
sahan: er.. cannot ar?

LA: no.
sahan: okie.
